It all starts with clarity. As an agile coach I had to know WHY I am doing WHAT I am doing on a daily basis working with individuals, teams and the organization. If as an agile coach I can’t clearly articulate WHY this role is important for the success of organziations, teams & individuals, then how could expect that this role is considered valuable and important?

A WHY is just a belief and my main belief is that great teams could achieve astonishing results!
Keeping that belief in mind, contributing in the creation of an environment of quality – humane – relationships that will further unleash the potentials of individuals, will enable teams to high perform and cooperate with one another towards the same and shared organisation’s purpose is my main goal!
And as an agile coach I am supporting teams and organisations to understand the importance of all things about agile and lean start seeing benefits and believe that their change serves it’s purpose!

Seeing satisfied, high performing teams that exceed their own and their organizational goals, motivates me, makes me to continue serve them and try to meet their needs!

Passionate about agile coaching motivated by learning and experiments, a team player willing to cooperate with other like minded people!
